Free Shipping with DHL. DHL Express is optional (Germany: 9€, EU: 19€)

All watch orders are shipped with DHL or DHL Express, tracking and insurance is included.

All prices stated on our website VAT is included (the VAT rate for your country will be calculated at checkout).

Our warehouse is located in Berlin/Germany, so you will not be charged Customs Fees, or Import charges when you live in the EU.

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 business hours of verification if the product is in stock, though this may vary depending on the current workload of our warehouse. DHL pledges European delivery within 2-9 business days.

However, holidays and/or other circumstances outside of our control might interfere and/or delay shipments. In areas where our carriers do not deliver, we reserve the right to use alternative carriers or refund the order.

Once the order is confirmed, you will first receive an order confirmation via email. Once the item has been shipped, another email with the tracking link will be sent, to allow you to track your package’s journey.
